Reservation

To ensure your reservation, a non refundable reservation lodging fee should be received before your retreat begins. Reservation/Lodging Fee is non refundable. If you wait until the last minute to reserve your space, the retreat may be full. We have a first come first serve policy. We do not hold any rooms without the lodging fee paid. You are reserving the room for you, for your specific dates, and we remove it from being available from others to book over those dates. Please call ahead to ensure space is available before sending payment. Retreat balance due within 14 days prior to arrival.

Deposit: $100/per night + Tax (13.325%) Lodging Fee due at time of booking. Once booked, you have a room reservation and dates for your retreat. You do not have a reservation until the deposit has been made. ALL deposits are Non Refundable. The Balance of your stay (after subtracting the deposit) is due at least 14 days prior to arrival. Balances are automatically charged to the credit card you placed your deposit on or if you choose to use a different card, please call us before 14 days. We also offer the option of a bank wire transfer if you choose, please inquire for details.

We accept payments by all major credit cards, wire transfer, money orders, cash. Check payments are only in the form of Cashier’s Check, Money Order or Traveler’s Check.
*** NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED ***; Personal checks must be drawn on U.S. banks and must be received 10 days prior to your stay if accepted.
Minimum Charge for retreat is the 2 week rate, weekly rate charge for single person is four thousand per week.

Health insurance, including Medicare, does NOT reimburse fees for participating in our residential health education program here at the retreat.

Refunds, Cancellations and Gifting  If we have to cancel a retreat, all pre-paid reservations will be refunded in full immediately.

Cancellations: made before 31 calendar days before your individual retreat start date will receive a 50% refund of the retreat package price paid (Initial deposit is non refundable). Cancellations made less than 31 days before the retreat start date will not receive a refund. You can change the dates of the retreat before 31 calendar days of the retreat start date with no additional charge or penalty, subject to availability. Your deposit and amount paid for lodging, retreat package and package programs can be used up to 6 months from date of initial reservation. No shows, early departures for any reason (including medical emergencies, death, pandemics, cancelled flights, weather, etc.), expulsion due to disruptive behavior, will be charged the entire amount of the lodging, retreat package, program package fees and any additional charges accrued. No Refunds. No Exceptions.

You can change the dates of the retreat before 31 days of the retreat start date with no additional charge. Just let us know. Your deposit can be used up to 6 months from date of purchase. Minimum stay for the retreat is 2 week, and will be charged full cost (lodging plus retreat fee) of the minimum of 2 week stay even if you have to cancel early, weekly rate charge for single person is four thousand per week. One rescheduled visit is only allowed.

Please be considerate and give us as much advance cancellation notice as you can. A lot of planning goes into each retreat, and it will help us immensely. Thank you!
